Parent & Student Fitness Classes!

We've now introduced two adult and parents fitness classes every Saturday morning at 10.45am and Saturday afternoon at 3.15pm.

Suitable for all ages (16+) and all levels of fitness, these sessions are a great opportunity to do something for you whilst the kids are training, or to just to give you the nudge to improve your level of fitness.

Led by two parents/students Karenne & Pam, they'll encourage and support you and adjust the levels to suit you.

Each session is 45 minutes long and costs only £1 each.

The morning session is at the same time as our Little Dragons class, and the afternoon session the same time as out Junior You can also bring a friend along too.

No need to book - just turn up!
